Animal Science students at Iowa State University are getting a real life lesson in modern agribusiness, but they won’t learn it on ISU’s poultry teaching and research farm. The Associated Press reports via FoxBusiness that ISU professors will rely on videos to teach the students about poultry nutrition, reproduction, anatomy and physiology for the six classes per year normally taught on the farm, where traffic is being minimized for avian flu fears.
